ELIGIBILITY
Children studying in Playgroup to Class 10 as per the academic year 2023-24 can enroll for this competition.
EXAM LEVELS
Drawing Olympiad is conducted in two levels for each class – Level 1 and Level 2.
The First Level is a Qualifying Round and the Second Level is the Final Round for the qualified students.
MODE OF EXAM
The exam will be conducted in both Offline and Online modes.
EXAM FEES
Registrations for both the Levels will be separate.
Fees for Level 1 Offline mode is Rs. 350/-
Fees for Level 1 Online mode is Rs. 450/-
Fees for Level 2 Offline / Online mode will be declared later.
EXAM DATE
Level 1 Offline – Schools or Centres will decide any one date from 7th or 8th October 2023
Level 1 Online – 15th October, 2023
Level 2 – January / February 2024
EXAM VENUE
For Offline mode – school or centre from where you registered.
For Online mode – online from home.

RESULTS
Level 1 Results are divided into three categories-
- Super Performers – Participants who have done exceptionally well and meets
the criteria are qualified for Level 2. - Great Achievers – Participants who have done good and meets the criteria are qualified for Level 2.
- Budding Artists – Participants who needs improvement or does not meet the criteria are not qualified to the next round.
Level 2 Results are declared at OLYMPIAD RANKS. Class Ranks are also declared from each school or centre.
JUDGES DECISION WILL BE FINAL. PARENTAL INTERFERENCE WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
AWARDS
Awards for Level 1
- Every child is a Winner and hence a Participation Trophy will be awarded to
each and every participant of Level 1. - Since Level 1 is a Qualifying Round, no ranks shall be declared. Every participant will get a digital certificate for their performances and Qualifiers are encouraged to participate in Level 2. However participation in level 2 is not compulsory.
Awards for Level 2
- A Participation Medal will be awarded to all participants of Level 2.
- Top 3 rank holders in each class of each school/centre will be awarded Class Toppers Trophies and Certificate of Appreciation. (minimum of 10 students from centre)
- Top 5 City Rank Holders for every class will be awarded Winners Trophies and Certificate of Winners.
Note: One student will be eligible for one (highest) prize only.
What kids need to carry for OFFLINE EXAM.
- Students need to carry writing pad [STUDY TABLE IS NOT ALLOWED] and their own art supplies for the exam.
- A black and white printout of hall ticket is compulsory to be carried
What will be given during EXAM by the Institute.
FOR OFFLINE EXAM:
- PLAYGROUP TO SR.KG- A printed paper of the image will be given.
- STD 1 & STD 2 – An A4 size art sheet will be provided.
- STD 3 TO STD 10 – An A3 Size art sheet will be provided.
FOR OFFLINE EXAM:
- PLAYGROUP TO SR.KG- A digital printed FORMAT of the image will be shared by the Institute.
- STD 1 TO STD 10 – Can use any size of art sheet, however the format paper will also be shared.
What kids need to do for ONLINE EXAM.
- Prefer a laptop with well-established Wi-Fi connection for exam.
- Any size of art sheet can be used.
- Details for submission of work will be shared at the time of exam.
Colours Criteria
- No decoration / craft / art work material is allowed.
- No identical drawings will be accepted and so will be disqualified.
- Use of Neon {fluorescent} colour is not allowed.
- Use of gel colours, brush pens are also not allowed.
REFUND POLICY
No fees shall be refunded once paid.
Fees once paid are also not transferable.
